Clean2Anywhere realizes sustainable housing project with IronCAD

Clean2Anywhere recently completed two sustainable homes for housing corporation Rochdale. IronCAD was used for this project throughout the entire process, from design and engineering to working drawings and material optimization.

Efficient design and engineering with IronCAD

By using IronCAD, Clean2Anywhere was able to design efficiently and quickly switch between different design variants. This resulted in accurate working drawings and smart, cost-conscious procurement of materials. The integrated approach ensured a smooth process and high construction quality.

Sustainable and circular material choices

The homes were constructed with a strong focus on circularity and sustainability. 100 percent recycled waste plastic was used for the facade and floor. The construction consists of wood frame construction and the insulation is made of recycled textiles. These material choices contribute to lower environmental impact and future-proof housing construction.

From design to realization

IronCAD supported the entire process, from initial design to final realization. By working out everything within one environment, Clean2Anywhere was able to make faster decisions and reduce failure costs. This made it possible to deliver the project efficiently and on schedule.

Innovation in sustainable housing construction

This project shows how IronCAD supports users in innovative and sustainable building solutions. Clean2Anywhere combines smart engineering with circular materials, taking a concrete step toward more sustainable living.
