Your privacy is important to us. This privacy statement explains what personal information IronCAD Europe collects from you through our interactions with you and through our website, and how we use that information.

IronCAD Europe processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide it to us yourself.

We only process special personal data when strictly necessary.
Our website and services are not directed at children under the age of 16. If you suspect that we have collected data without parental consent, please contact us at info@ironcad.eu and we will delete this information.

For what purpose and on what basis we process personal data

IronCAD Europe processes your personal data for the following purposes:

  • Handling payments
  • Sending newsletters and/or marketing communications (upon consent)
  • Be able to call or email you if necessary for our services
  • Informing you of changes to our services and products
  • Allowing you to create an account
  • Providing goods and services
  • Analyze behavior on the website to improve our services
  • Meeting legal obligations (such as tax regulations)

We do not make decisions based on automated processing that significantly affect you.

Retention periods

We do not keep your data longer than strictly necessary. Examples:

  • Accounts and forms: data will be retained until you delete it yourself or make a request.
  • Statistical data: we use Google Analytics. Here IP addresses are anonymized and a processing agreement has been concluded with Google. Data are kept for a maximum of 14 months.

Sharing personal data with third parties

We do not sell your data to third parties and provide it only when necessary for the performance of our agreement or to comply with legal obligations. We enter into processing agreements with parties who process data on our behalf.

You have the right to:

If in doubt about your identity, we may ask you to send a copy of your ID (with your photo masked, MRZ, passport number and BSN).
