Advanced strength calculations
Multiphysics for IronCAD is a seamlessly integrated multiphysics tool that works directly in IronCAD. Simply add material, forces and fixtures to an IronCAD model and click the ‘Auto Solve’ button to get calculation results. Subsequent changes to the model will preserve your input (associativity) – the model will automatically update and recalculate.
Multiple analysis mode
Multiphysics for IronCAD is designed for all users, from beginner to professional and easy to use. Even complicated requirements, such as fully coupled multiphysics for deformations and stresses, temperatures and electrostatics, can be calculated simultaneously at the touch of a button. The integrated multiphysics simulation software also integrates the following types of analysis: static / steady-state; unstable buckling and bumping; dynamic / transient frequency response; Natural oscillations and eigenmodes and behavior in a frequency / earthquake analysis.
Powerful additions
For demanding users, Multiphysics for IronCAD with additional functionality. The ‘Advanced Package’ adds the ability to map large deformations and large rotations and can be used to analyze nonlinear elastic materials such as plastics and foams. The ‘Advanced Dynamic Package’ includes stress-strained modal and nonlinear buckling analysis (over arc length).
