The challenge
Redie was looking for a 3D drawing package that offers maximum freedom in design and engineering, but can also seamlessly link all processes towards production. Important was a future-proof solution that allows standardization and works efficiently for both single and series projects.
In addition, Redie wanted to minimize the margin of error and drastically reduce the time required for work preparation.
The solution: IronCAD + Para-Flex
After testing several 3D solutions, Redie chose Dynfos’ software. IronCAD in combination with Para-Flex fits perfectly with the HOMAG CNC machines and Redie’s workflow.

All processes linked
The biggest advantage of IronCAD is that what is drawn is immediately transferred to all the underlying processes. Purchasing lists, saw lists and CNC programs all connect to each other, without the need to manually retype anything.
Drawing with IronCAD is also more intuitive compared to other 2D and 3D programs thanks to the TriBall and various snap functions.

The support from IronCAD is extremely helpful and responsive. They are open to feedback and actively think along to further improve the product and the connections. The fact that support is in our own language and quickly available is an important advantage for us.
